Although there may be enough seating on a boat for 8 or 10 people, the boat weight limit is the deciding factor. If we determine, in our sole judgement, that it would be unsafe for you to rent the boat due to excessive weight, you will not be allowed to leave the dock. You will still be liable for the rental charge. When considering the total weight of your party, be sure to factor in the weight of your gear (coolers, etc).

Walk-ins accepted depending on boat availability, but reservations are highly recommended.
To make a reservation, call us with the date(s) that you want, and we take your credit card information (no charge is made to your card at that time). We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, AmEx and cash.
Rentals cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the rental, or a no-show, will be charged the full rental fee.
You will pay the rental fee plus any gas that you used (the boat leaves with a full tank and we fill it back up when you return), plus sales tax, plus any charges for damages to the boat or equipment, if applicable.

Towing water toys (tubing) is not allowed.

No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. In the event of thunder and lightning, your reservation can be rescheduled to a different date, based on availability of boats.

You must be 21 to rent and drive the boat.

Any damages or loss to the boat or equipment is the responsibility of the renter. Renter is responsible for any injury to passengers.

NO DRINKING AND DRIVING!!
The Lake is patrolled by the county Sherriff, NY State Police, and NYS DEC, and the penalty for drinking and driving a boat are the same as for drinking and driving a car.
